David de Sousa is an entirely renewed building in Lisbon. Mulberry Square as real state developer who needs to promote 12 apartments. For that, the aim is to communicate a fantastic neighbourhood, where gardens, shops and several services are the insight to communicate a prime life quality.


The brand was based on the balcony balustrade forms. From there it surges a the art deco "D" and that was the begining of visual identity. From there it was designed the brochure, the website and other materials.
